Under Construction —but Still Becoming

What if the pause in your life… is actually preparation?
As we come to the close of Women’s History Month, I’ve found myself reflecting not just on where I planned to go… but how things are actually unfolding.
Right now, The Plum Effect website is under construction.
But so am I.
And maybe… so are you.
When Plans Shift, Purpose Doesn’t
At the beginning of this month, I had a vision.
Clear ideas.
Specific plans.
A direction I thought everything would follow.
And while those plans didn’t come together the way I expected, I’ve realized something important:
It’s not that things aren’t working.
They’re just unfolding differently.
And that difference doesn’t mean failure.
It means alignment.
What Women’s History Teaches Us
As Women’s History Month comes to an end, one thing is clear:
The women we celebrate didn’t always have perfect plans either.
Their journeys weren’t linear.
Their paths weren’t always predictable.
But their perseverance is what made the difference.
They kept going.
They adjusted.
They trusted the process.
And that same strength is available to you.
This Season of Becoming
Right now, I’m in a season of building.
Not just a website.
Not just a brand.
But a deeper understanding of purpose.
Because what I’ve come to realize is this:
My purpose is shaped by God’s grace.
And that changes everything.
It means the delays are not denial.
It means the shift is not a setback.
It means every step still has direction.
Remind yourself, that you’re not behind. You’re being rebuilt.
Why The Plum Effect Exists
The Plum Effect was created to empower women to walk in their purpose and show up boldly, beautifully, and confidently.
Not just when everything is perfect.
But especially when it’s not.
Because confidence doesn’t come from having it all figured out.
It comes from knowing who you are… and whose you are.
God gives me the confidence to walk into rooms boldly and the grace to live beautifully.
And that’s what this brand represents.
I don’t just sell accessories.
I remind women to show up confidently.
That you are allowed to take up space.
That your presence matters.
That your purpose is still unfolding.
Every step.
Every decision.
Every room you walk into.
So even in seasons where things feel uncertain, you don’t shrink.
You show up anyway.
Stay Connected
As the Plum Effect continues to grow and evolve, I invite you to stay connected.
Be part of what’s being built.
Be part of a community that chooses to keep going.
Be part of a movement rooted in purpose, confidence, and grace.
What is God rebuilding in you in this season?

With purpose,
Christen , owner
